Any advice on how I can maximize my rental income with this floor plan?

the living room’s could be just another bedroom, charge $1100-1200 a room, and expect people to move in and out every few months.

What does the C of O say? Looks like a two family. Layout isn’t ideal. But if you’re thinking more people on a lease, that’s just a recipe for more problems.
