American standard sink?

Hey guys trying to track down any information on this sink. I’ve come up empty on all my searches. It’s a cast iron porcelain enameled drop in double round front basin measuring 39″x22″ . Underside plate lists the size and this info. American Standard Made in the USA P-2078 SR AR C

Any help is appreciated.
