I am in a 6 unit 5 story coop with oils steam heat. Our system works well and has been updated, chimney relined. Our Heattimer system has worked well for many years. Last year I had a service call as the Heattimer was running flakey. They tried to up sell me on a new digital unit, but the cost is really prohibitive. The unit I have they don’t repair anymore, but will send me a reconditioned unit. Is there another system out there that anyone can recommend to control and oil steam system in a small building. All of the Heattimer units currently are overkill for what we need here. Thanks in advance.

@Master Plumber and @Eman137. I emailed Eman137 but haven’t heard back yet. I am looking for someone to come and access what we currently have, see if the Tekmar 279 would be a good replacement for the Heat Timer EPU (CH), and if so install unit and set it up for our brownstone. Thanks
