Adding backyard access (i.e. egress) triggers amending the C/O?

But need more information. Are you changing the use?
If all you are doing is changing a window to a door; I would not bother filing it… But what is it that you are thinking of doing?

I’m pretty sure I will need to amend the C/O as part of this work. It would fall under an alt1 correct? Does the amending of the C/O require that we add a sprinkler system to the building? That would destroy my budget but I can’t find any definitive answers to this!
