1098 from co-op missing information

I have owned my co-op since 2014. The 1098 they provide each year has my share of the interest and real estate taxes but nothing else. I do my own taxes with Turbo Tax and the software never made an issue of my leaving the Mortgage Origination Date and Outstanding Mortgage Principal blank. It just added these items to my Schedule A in the appropriate line. This year it is insisting on this information. I can ask my building manager but they and the accountant are generally very difficult to deal with. So I thought I would ask here if anyone else is encountering this issue. I see people ask on the Turbo Tax website but no answers.
