We are looking for a GC, already have a couple we will send bids to but I would like to add at least another two to the list. We’ve worked with Rick of Antarctic, as a sub, and had a great relationship/experience. He had good interface with the client, and gave us the opportunity to do our thing without pressure so that the project could remain on a high level. A thumbs up!
