legal representation

Any advice for a small condo unit seeking legal representation to bring suit against local developer/real estate mogul?  Said developer has not fixed ongoing roof leak and subsequent damage since day one of building issue.   Realtor still owns one unit in building and rents it out. That unit has continual water damage and we live below and get damage as well.  We bought our unit 8 months ago and after moving in found out about the ongoing water issues. Sponsor did not disclose before/during purchase.  Apparently there are wall/ceiling patch ups each time an event occurs, but the main problem causing leak is not fixed. roof/skylights.      My second question is how to deal with current water damage from Irene while keeping mindful of potential future legal wrangle.  Ie: we want to clean up the mess but document correctly for later use.   Anyone know a person who can open walls and document water damage and also fix up? thanks so much.
