General Contractor recommendations for minor repair work

I’m having a hard time finding contractor recommendations on the forum. Our Brooklyn apartment needs some minor repair work done to get it tenant-ready, and it just seems like most of the recs are for larger scale / very specific projects. We do want someone that is licensed and insured, and not just a handyman.  We had some water damage and had a mold remediation company confirm that we have mold within the walls. So they are going to rip out the wall and insulation and treat with mold-resistent chemicals. All great, except they’re not going to patch the wall up. So we need to find a GC who can do this work in January (it’s definitely a time sensitive project, all work needs to be completed by end of Jan.). Other items on our list include: Replace insulation at ripped up wall, provide greenboard and patch. Regrout entire apartment (approx 800 sq.ft.) Paint all walls back to white Paint bathroom ceiling Fix closer at roof door General apartment cleaning, including exterior surfaces Service rooftop unit Any leads would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

I would recommend Nigel Laidlow. He did a few jobs in our house – putting up walls/sheetrocking etc and he was initially recommended by our architect. His number is 347 423 0852
