Looking for Help to Grade and Sod Back and Front yard

Our backyard is about 25×40 and our front yard is 10×20 or so.   The backyard: we want to have any plants on the perimeter that might be remaining (have taken most of it out), and remove the little concrete path as well.  The ground is very uneven, and we want to ensure it slopes properly (as in slightly away from the house), its all graded, and a new sod is installed. We have two girls and want to make the most of all the space in there (read, level ground for a kiddie pool, and running around). The front yard is small, a few bushes, uneven ground, and we have a piece of the pipe that was used for re-filling the oil tank (a guess) sticking out that needs to be cut out (at least the exposed part – about 15 inches long). We want it leveled, and sodded. We will add plants over time to make it pretty, but at the moment, we just need it  graded and sod installed. If you know of anyone that is affordable and would recommend for this type of work, I would greatly appreciated.  We need the space for our children and hope to find someone soon. Shannon’s is great, but expensive. I’ve used them before and was sodding our very small 25x9ft area recently.They quoted me a $1,000\. I got this guy to do it for half that.  Renny (646) 221-9147\.
