Ramiro Guambana from **ARC Steelworks**, email him at ramiro@arcsteelworks.com – he worked on my Windsor Terrace **Brownstone ornamental fence** and build me a similar **steel hatch** minus the thingy on the top. Price was fair and job was top notch. Best of Luck, Allan

I found George, from Payless Ironworks, 917-709-7897, through a post on this site. He came recommended from a poster who wound up living in my neighborhood. George recently replaced our front cellar hatch, and on a larger scale (the job I originally hired him for) he replaced the entire original wood beam with a steel I-beam and steel columns, along with steel C-channels sistered to some of the ceiling joists. Currently, he is building a steel deck for us. I am extremely happy with the finished products, the work is completed on time, clean and exactly as promised, and his prices are very good. He is one of those contractors that you hang on to.
