Backyard help - arborist, soil amendments?, killing weeds, planting plants

We’re running out of things to do with our renovation but we still have a big backyard that’s mostly festered for decades. We need to take down a few small trees, clear out the weeds, figure out if the soil is good or bad and get help deciding what to plant. I’m looking for suggestions on who to call for all of this? We used Urban Arborist take down some big trees after the hurricane (yes it’s been a long renovation) but they flaked on some of the follow-up and it’s been hard to get them back in. We’d really love to make some use of our back yard this spring and summer so we’re trying to start ASAP. Thanks
