A highly recommended contractor for foundation/basement work

We’re in the middle of renovating our house with another GC and are somewhat close to completion. I wanted to get a second opinion after some serious structural concerns that we raised to our GC. I found John Sullivan from North Willowdale Corp on Brownstoner and I am glad we spoke to him. He came as soon as he could, met with us and walked us through what could be done. He is not greedy at all, he offered solutions according to our current situation, our timing and our budget constraints. I would certainly consider hiring him later to do the work when we can afford it. He is really nice, knowledgeable and was really helpful as well.

We recently had major work done on our 100+ year old stone foundation. The work was done by **John Sullivan / North Willowdale Corporation, 718 499-5100**. I have never had such a completely positive experience with a contractor. His crew repaired a serious crack (which was caused by – guess what! an idiot building a condo next door) and also replaced many termite-damaged beams. John was always available, returned phone calls/texts/emails promptly, went out of his way to do the job the way we wanted. The crew was great, kept a very tidy workplace, overall I can’t recommend them enough.

I also want to highly recommend John Sullivan / North Willowdale Corporation, 718 499-5100\. He came out to survey our basement and was very knowledgable and helpful. We can now avoid an expensive repair.
