We are getting rid of our Scotsman SCCG50, with pump and stainless steel door.   We had it about 1.5 years and the noise got to be too much for us since it was near a bedroom.  It works great and the noise is mostly from the pump so I think you can set it up to drain without that or try to order another brand pump.  If this were in a cellar or just not by a bedroom, the noise wouldn’t be bad.
