259 clifton pl. bedford / nostrand

Hi, I just saw this house at open house. The house is really great but I’m not too familiar with the area. The block seems really nice though on first visit. And lots of wine stores, cafes and restaurants around. More than I thought there would be. Does anyone have any opinions of the block/ immediate area? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks
