Has anyone used 1800woodfloors and resolved a problem job?

They are unlicensed by department of consumer affairs and are not responsive to the poor workman ship of job. Help

I used them recently for a job. It was a total disaster. I called and left messages and sent a really angry email and all I got was a charge on my credit card for the balance. I tried to stop payment, but my credit card company said that it would be impossible to dispute since they showed up and did the work and it was just weather or not the job was satisfactory at issue (my bad for not using Amex!). I used them because of good reviews on this site, but I would warn people away from them. They exaggerated their skills, sent people completely unprepared for the job and the finished product had almost nothing to do with what I asked for. I wish I had advice, but all I have is a warning to others: Stay Away!!
