I’ve never ordered online or heard of Build Direct.  You should call some of the flooring companies mentioned on this forum.  They usually have great prices and will bring you samples of the wood for review…I highly recommend you see a floor sample “live” before you purchase.  I used Carlos from Carlos Wood Floors – I believe he’s with another company now, the email I have for him is carloswoodfloors@gmail.com or call at 646-281-2659.  Good Luck, Allan S.
