Floor/Subfloor in Clinton Hill Co-ops

Hi all. Does anyone know whether the subfloor in the Clinton Hill Co-ops is poured concrete or wood?

Also, does anyone have experience replacing the standard parquete tile floors with other hardwoods? Any recommendations?
