Easy to recommend: Carlos for wood floors

I’ve worked with a lot of people across trades while renovating my house in Crown Heights. Most have had their good and bad, but Carlos for wood flooring stands out as maybe the only one I can recommend without hesitation. He installed new flooring on our first floor and repaired and refinished damaged original floors upstairs. Both are beautiful. I used Carlos in December 2014 to screen and sand my 2 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. Carlos did a great job. He came and viewed the apartment before submitting a very fair price. He supplied all the right paperwork for my coop and finished on time. The work is great and I would highly recommend him.
