Another recommendation for Jose Zambrano for hardwood floor refinishing

A few weeks ago, I scoured the Forum for a recommendation for someone to refinish all the hardwood floors and stairs in my triplex. I came across recs for Jose Zambrano of Better Wood Floors on here numerous times, and after meeting with him I decided to hire him for the job. I could not be happier with his company’s work so I’m posting this review as a thank you to the Forum for such a great rec and because great professionals deserve praise. Jose charged me an incredibly competitive rate to refinish all the floors and stairs in the apartment, and when I learned he also paints I hired him to repaint every inch of the apartment as well. His quote came in significantly lower than the other people who gave me bids. He did a wonderful job, was on-time every day, finished the job on time and with in the budget, was very communicative throughout the process, supervised a crew that was professional and kind, and was an all-around joy to work with. He’s also just a really nice guy, with a great energy, and did little things for me for no extra charge, like fixing my door and putting up curtain rods. For the price and quality I couldn’t imagine having worked with anyone better (see pic of part of the final results).
