The underwriter for my home owners insurance is asking that I repair the cracked concrete ledge where the gate on my front stoop is. Does anyone have a recommendation of someone who could do this repair at a reasonable cost. Thx in advance!

when my insurance company said the same thing I got a quote to fix the sidewalk and it was thousands of dollars so I said screw that and instead went to home depot and got some spray foam sealant stuff and filled the cracks, sent the insurance company pictures and they were satisfied.
i believe the reason sidewalks are expensive to repair is that they have to pull a city permit and they are very deep so it is a lot of concrete? or maybe i just got an unreasonable estimate. either way the foam cost less than $20 and problem solved.
