Hello. So, please see two “women operated businesses” reopened in the Brooklyn Brownstone area (from Linkedin as well mentioned frequently on The Forum). Both businesses are networked with established structural steel iron-workers. FYI, 1-2 Family Private residences have always been code compliant, integrating incombustible steel with combustible e.g. Ipe wood flooring, as opposed to Multiple Dwelling rules designing totally incombustible parlor deck structures , subsequently with steel or concrete flooring. Lopoppolo is good. They do get busy in summer and sometimes your project can get delayed by many months. There are other equally good iron workers around to consider as well.

Yes Lopopolo is good but they disappeared on me after completing the bulk of my work, leaving me with smaller jobs around the house unfinished. Vard01’s comment above about big delays sounds about right.
