RETAINING WALL / FENCE

LOL I do not think that outshine is my neighbor!

when i say retaining wall i mean a CMU wall that is 4 blocks high that holds the dirt of my yard up on the left and back walls because for whatever reason the yard to our left is 2.5″ lower and there is no slope, it just drops off. I think what has happened is that over time the maple tree in my yard has grown towards the existing wall is is starting to push it over.

I am looking for someone (maybe I need 2 different someones?) to repair a retaining wall along my left and rear property lines and then install a new wooden fence on 3 sides (above the retaining wall left and rear and then the right property line).

Any recommendations for someone who does this type of work? Do I need a masonry crew and then a separate fence installer?
