Is DOB permit necessary for facade work approved w/ LPC "Permit for Minor Work"

Thanks. That is what I thought. The expediter, who got the LPC permit, was on his way to get a DOB permit until I asked “why”? Opening can of worms averted.

I will be doing some repairs on my stoop in a Landmark district. Is a DOB permit necessary for facade work that has “Permit for Minor Work” approval from the LPC? If so, what is involved in closing this permit out when the work is done? Thanks as always….
