how to clean lichen on brownstone
Vinegar is probably OK for brownstone, but I wouldn’t want to use any acid on limestone. [White vinegar is 5% acetic acid]. I’ve had good results with a 1:5 mix of bleach and water on my limestone.

Wash it down w/ a mild solution of bleach & water.

white vinegar much more eco friendly. Costco sells massive bottles for cheap. Dilute 50/50, spray it on with a 1 gal Sprayer ($9) from HD, and leave it. Repeat until gone.
