Bluestone replacement in front of Brownstone

I agree with the recommendation of WP Bluestone. They did my front patio (also in Prospect Heights) last year with bluestone (replacing the old cracked concrete). Very nice job…not cheap, but high quality for sure.

My prior owners removed the bluestone in the front yard of our house and replaced it with slate. The slate is not in bad shape. I want to replace it with bluestone again. Any recommendations on who is good at doing this and how much it might costs. It is only 1/2 of the front yard, about 5 ft X 15 ft. We also want a bluestone patio is the far rear of our yard, about 19 ft X 10 ft.

Try WP Bluestone: http://www.wpbluestone.com. 718-653-3096. I haven’t worked with them myself but they did two sidewalk projects near me in Prospect Heights (where you are presumably). Check out the NE corner of Prospect Place at Carlton and the house immediately north of that corner on Carlton. I walk this route to the subway every day — looks very tight and neat. I also noticed they reused some old bluestone and added new, creating a good match. They’ve been recommended on this site before.
