We just got a quote from an Expediter for a Brownstone gut rehab, and I can’t tell if it is high or in the ballpark. It depends on scope of your project, how good your head designer/architect is and how well the architect/engineers on the project work with the expediter. Unfortunately many expediters only concern is getting their final bill up. It’s always best if all the professionals on the project have worked together before. www.curatedny.com

That is not a total for the project, it’s just a schedule of fees. Some of it will apply some of it will not. And yes it’s reasonable.

That sounds really really high to the tune of like $20k to me but maybe my job was significantly smaller scale than yours. I’m not even sure why you need to file and alt2 if you are filing an alt1\. I would talk to some other people.
