Recommendation for Expeditor

Can anyone recommend a reliable expeditor in Brooklyn for the purpose of obtaining a Letter of No-Objection from the Dept of Buildings for a 2 family home. It will require a total search process in that there are virtually no records on the property (no C of O; no I cards; etc). It is definitely a 2 family in that it was built in a row (cluster) of 2 families which comprise the entire block (Block 1109) and other exact homes on the block have been certified 2 family by Buildings Dept. Also any general price range for this process would be appreciated. Thank you.

Normally my prices are very competetive, but the expediting process can range from 1500 to 5000 for residential projects, & commercial can be even higher, but your request seems very straight forward, so it would be in the lower range….

Did you try DOB record room yet? There maybe some record of your property. Expediters can request the record only on Tuesday but property owner can request it any time.

I used Scott Schnall. Tough to get a hold of at times, but got us what we needed. Changed our one family house to two family and managed to assist us with a few difficult moments with the DOB.
