New Construction 85 Flatbush Avenue Extension. What's being built?

yup.  that’s where the bklyn flatiron building was going to be.  they’re working on the site pretty extensively!  no one knows what’s planned for the lot if anything.

There was a new construction fence built this week and alot of work being done on the lot at 85 Flatbush Ave Ext (Flatbush & Tillary).  Does anyone know what going on there?  A plan for a new building?

A hotel is planned for the southeast lot 125 Flatbush ave ext. 85 Flatbush ave ext is across the street, the northeast corner, where a condo building was once planned. Construction teams are at both lots now.
