Does anyone have recomendations from the following list of contractors to insulate our roof (these seem to be the only contractors approved by national grid to qualify for the EHSIP program)? I highly recommend NYS Energy Audits (Yuri Polonsky). I had an extremely frustrating experience with Prospect Development and Construction prior to that…My report has been weeks late, totally inaccurate and not free. They were also “too busy” to do the work and shockingly dismissive. I believe they use this program to get hold of larger lucrative jobs. What a waste of time…

I liked the people from Prospect but agree they were ridiculously over-priced: $60 to turn down the dial on your water heater, for instance.  It turned me off  the whole thing.
