FIOS or time warner?

I have time warner for TV and internet, it is based on the cable hanging in backyard. every time when sqerel runs on the cable my internet goes down. Now FIOS instaled distribution box next to it. Should I switch? I guess I will. on more technical note. I have TV in the front of the townhouse. Should I ask verizon rep to bring fios cable to the front of the house though the roof os though the basement?   thanks
