Can anyone recommend a mildew specialist?

I third John G. He just did an inspection for me a couple of months ago. Spent 3.5 hours on a 1000 sq ft space and gave a thorough, easy to read report. Good prices too!

We have cracks in our exterior wall and I’m pretty certain there is mildew inside the wall.  Can anyone advise me on how to go about testing and dealing with this.  I’m aware the cracks must be sealed, but we don’t yet have the money to redo our front (landmarked) exterior.

I used John Gromkoski from Precise Home Inspection –he was recommended on this site. He was really honest — did the tests and told me that I did not have a mold problem. I would highly recommend him
