Precedent contract for a kitchen/bathroom renovation

We are about the hire a contractor to renovate our condo kitchen and bathroom.  I’d like to review examples of contracts people have used successfully in similar situations.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not possible to post a whole contract, but in your contract the following should be included: materials used, processes to complete the project, supplies, flexibility, detailed descriptions of what changes specifically will be taken place in the kitchen/bathroom, exact dimensions should be noted, any permits if needed, where supplies/appliances will be purchased, breakdown (itemized list of costs) etc Everything you are requesting to be done should be in the contract (deposit, payment dates) etc License/insurance information, liability,should be given in advance to signing the contract.
