LL126 laws Parapet inspection for 2024

yes, you need to do the inspection in 2024. there’s no submission required, you just have to keep the record of the inspection. more info here:

Hi,

I’m a owner of a 6 family building in Brooklyn and I got a letter from an inspection company to do a parapet inspection because of the LL126 laws. Do I have to do an inspection for this year and I am not sure how this law works.
