The DOB now requires a Construction Superintendent be on the site for any ALT2 Extension on a Brownstone. The DOB does not seem to publish of list of those that are certified and I need to find one fast in order to reinstate my permit and close the back of my house before it gets cold.
I have asked all my contractor friends, I have asked my engineer, my architects, nobody knows where to find one.
Does anyone have a resource or know of anyone that is a Certified Construction Manager or Safety Officer? If so please reply here or email me directly at lcoots@me.com. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide.

You should hire a contractor who has this license already. You should not have to hire a separate construction super. I happen to be a licensed construction super and licensed Architect but I can tell you it should not be difficult to find a GC with that license. No reason to hire anyone else. My opinion. 1000 per week for a construction super sounds like a lot. The construction super license is not very difficult to obtain so you may want to rethink your team.
