Just read about the annual notices landlords must provide to their tenants. The main 3 notices are for lead paint and window guards which I know about and are available online– but it also says there is a fire safety notice that must be distributed. Does anyone know anything about that one- where to get it or what it looks like? I can’t find anything specific about it anywhere online. Thanks!
