Where can I get moldings for outside wires encosure?

I live in Brooklyn, and on the back of my house, I have 4 wires (all 4 TV related) running down and across.  I would love to get plastic or metal moldings to cover-up those wires.  Of course, the should be all-weather proof.  I guess I need the inside enclosure to be about 1 inch or 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch in height.

I tried Home Depot, Lowes and can’t find such thing.  They carry stuff for inside the house, but not for the outside.

Anyone have any suggestions for places to try?

Thanks for the Plastiduct, but it is way too large for me.  I am still looking for something in the 1 inch or 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch in height.

We use Plastiduct (believe it or not made in Italy). It comes in two sizes, deep and shallow. It comes with both styles of elbow, which I find very helpful.

We get it from HVAC supply, so it must be available locally. Try United Refrigeration on Court? or Smith? right past Hamilton Ave. on right. Call them first, as they might have to bring it over from a different warehouse.

Thank you for the link.  That’s exactly what I am looking for.  I would really like to get it in white, but they have a 100 foot minimum, and I only need about 30.  Perhaps might there be a local place that someone knows of in the NYC area?  Or an alternative website?
