I want to get some nice stickers with our house number and the street (both for aesthetic reasons with the space we have to put it).  I’d like to order it all together somewhere, as two stickers (one with the number, one with the street) so that I don’t have to try to align the numbers.  I know I’ve seen some really nice versions of this on houses in the past, but I don’t recall where.  It’s to put place in the glass of doors, so I’d like the ones that are printed on to be stuck on from the inside of the house. A quick google search was fruitless.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Google “vinyl numbers” and you’ll find a number of sites where you can make custom number/letter sets in all varieties of font and size.  Most are pretty affordable.  Here’s a sample: http://www.speedysigns.com/lettering/vinyl   For my transom, I wound up going with some Helvetica 4″ numbers I found in an art shop.  They won’t win any design awards but the look is clean and they’re holding up very well.   Of course, what I really covet are these genuine guilded numbers.  This is the real deal: http://www.see-painting.com/commercial-design.html

I got mine from Speedy Signs. I think just the number was about $20, and it loks great, gold-leaf decal with black trim. You can get them mirror image and mount them on the inside of the glass. The actual gold leaf process is quite expensive, about $100 per letter/number. A whole street name or spelled-out number would cost a lot.

Lots of help–thanks everyone! Several houses near us, on both sides, are poorly marked so I want at least ours to be clear.  Delivery guys have a hard time.
