Custom Roman Shades

If anyone has a recommendation for a really good seamstress or tailor they would be able to do it. I am also looking for someone to sew curtains for me. thnks bstoners in advance!

I have some fabric that I would like to use to make roman shades but I’m not handy enough to do it myself.  Can anyone rommend someone who can make custom roman shades?  Thanks.

I was going to suggest Harry Zarin on the Lower East Side, but I’m not sure they’ll do it if you aren’t using their fabric. They might be able to recommend someone if they won’t.
