My husband and I used them to gut renovate our pre war upper west side apartment. They handled the design, architecture and the actual renovations for us and other the entire process was fabulous. Only bad part about the renovation was the delays dealing with Landmarks and DOB but that wasn’t Curated’s fault and it seems that everyone I know that does a renovation has the same complaints about the DOB. We also used them to do some light cosmetic renovations, interior design and build us some furniture for our weekend house. We are also having them change out our old kitchen later on this summer at our weekend place. We found them through a co-worker that used them to gut renovate her brooklyn brownstone and since they finished our place last year have reccomended them to some friends that also ended up using them.
