After the plans are submitted to the DOB they must be reviewed within 40 days. But it is likely that there will be objections, so you’ll have to revise the drawings. I would allow 2 months.Ed Kopel Architects

At least 2 to 3 months. BK DOB is short on examiners. They might allow a project just as that to go though the hub, which is supposed to be much quicker.
