Seeking material resource for basement cement Slab Floor installation

I’m planning to Demo a basement floor and install a proper cement floor slab to convert this English basement into a useful living space. I plan to lay in gravel, polyethelyn ( plasic sheeting) insulation, then a poured cement floor. I’m seeking a company to provide all the materials (including cement truck). Does anyone have a source for this? I’m open to hiring a pro to work with me as well for this project, but no construction firms or general contractors please. Thanks.
