Can someone recommend a reliable, affordable plumber to me? I’m in the process of submitting plans to the DOB so I’d like to get a few quotes for the project at hand. I don’t own a brownstone…..this is for a small commercial project on a tight budget so please don’t recommend Donald Trump’s plumber. Thanks in advance.

a friend of mine who was beginning a reno project in manhattan called me and asked if I could find him a plumber “who was not a retired doctor”. these guys charge so much because they have to. their insurance costs a lot. I am not sure how much, but a lot. that said Aladdin Plumbing has come recommended by customers of mine. and the guy who signs himself as master plumber on here. I know people who have used him and like him. Steve

Thanks a lot Steve. I’ve seen quite a few threads with the name Aladdin Plumbing. I just need three restrooms installed,one service sink and a gas line for a roof AC/Heat Unit. The building already has all the services I need. I just might give them a call.
