Need contractor recommendations - opening rear wall

Hello all, I’m looking for a contractor that can pull off a small but structural project. I already have an architect, engineer and approved drawings. The goal of the project is to combine two bedrooms in the back of my house into a single new living room, open the rear masonry wall to create a 12′ wide opening, fit a new set of patio doors and windows in the new opening and remove a few sheetrock walls. I have met many contractors and all but one didn’t want the job because it involves many trades (Masonry, Carpentry, Steel) and the top of the rear wall has to be supported while the work is done below. A few more details: 1\. The rear masonry wall is a CMU block wall and the engineer requires that the blocks be opened to expose the empty cell’s within and then have the cell’s filled with rebar and cement/grout. 2\. The new lintel will be two angle brackets tied together using threaded rods. 3\. There will be no increase in building size. 4\. Everything is being filed so the contractor needs to be able to pull permits under their own name and have insurance etc. If you know of someone who has done similar work for you or if you would like to offer your company’s services, please reply.

I purchased a Coop in Park Slope in Sept last year and I used Sherlock homes. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They knocked down two walls and replaced one in a new location.
