Looking for new general contractor

Our new construction 15 unit condo building is looking to hire a new general contractor.  We currently have several water related issues that need to be resolved,  including removing masonry  to waterproof all window lintels in the front of the building.  Other construction projects are pending.   We are looking for somebody thorough, trustworthy, punctual, and can give reasonably accurate estimates.  Aren’t we all?  Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

  We had to replace linters and repointing of our 2 family house.M.Hamid Costruction did the work for us.They cut all the joins of the bricks, washed walls and finished re pointing.They are Special rigger Licensed and offcoure insured firm you may go ahead for getting estimate.You may reach them at 718-633-1500 or mdhamid@verizon.net.

Millad has done 2 jobs for our private house in Carroll Garden, Brooklyn. We are happy with his work and gave us advise what to do during winter that will salvage our new brownstone stoop. Call Doha at Luxury Construction. He hasn’t done this specific waterproofing work for me (he has done roof and interior work for me though) but he has for a bunch of buildings in my neighborhood. Incredibly honest guy. 718-937-3642
