Looking for info on a contractor named Samuel Ellenburg?

Looking for any info on work done by a contractor named Samuel Ellenburg. I know he worked on a development in PLG. I am trying to find out about this construction or any prior constructions he might have done.  I am pretty sure this was done under the umbrella of The Developers Group which is why i am trying to do my homework.
