Is Thorocoat acceptable for an exterior concrete porch

I am painting my exterior stucco with Thorocoat and was told that I cannot use it for the concrete porch in front of my house. This porch is up six flights of stairs and sees a fair amount of traffic. Other suggestions made was to use Drylock 1-part epoxy floor paint or Rustoleum Restore or Arbocoat. It is convenient for me to use the Thorocoat however and I am hoping to get some opinions from more experienced individuals. Thanks

I used a product from AMES called Safetey Deck.Acrylic coating. I covered a 16×18 concrete deck with it. I first coated it with Ames Blue Max for waterproofing purposes. I has held up these past five years,thru three sets of tenants. Ace Hardware carries the stuff. I highly recommend it.
