flooded finished basement apartment

My basement apartment got flooded in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn by Sandy.  The water is drained down to a layer of mud. Does anyone know where I can get a good service company to dry it out / clean it up, that won’t rip me off in this time of gouging? Or where I can get industrial strength dehumidiers, or heat blowers (or whatever might help to dry it out)?

I suspect it willbe quite some time before any of these companies can rspond. Get yourself a large squeegee and a wet/dry vac and start on it yourself.  I suspect though that HD and the other places have already run out of them at least temporarily.  🙁
