Recommend a laundry room service provider

Hello, We are looking for a new service provider for our co-op’s laundry room. The building has around 70 units. Has anyone had a positive or negative experience with their laundry room service provider that they would be wiling to share? Any recommendations would be very appreciated. We are looking for a company to install new machines in the laundry room, maintain the machines and generally provide decent service. We are especially concerned with prompt responses to service requests because our current contract-holder is abysmal in this regard. Thank you

Thank you! I was considering looking into Automatic Industries based on their website being very informative. I heard some bad things about Hercules and some other providers on Yelp and Google reviews. Our crappy service provider is Metered Appliances, for the record they are terrible and I would never recommend them.

yes, they are fine. they’ll pay you some rent for the room and the maintenance etc is all theirs. fast response.

My building of 58 units has used Automatic Industries for the last 3 years. The machines rarely have problems, and when they do,a repairman comes quickly. The main issue is that people are using too much soap in the H E machines so that there are too many suds. The repairman has to run the machine a few times to clear them out. Automatic provided some good posters with instructions. My neighbors ignore the posters as. It is a much better experience to use the laundry room now.
