Looking for cleaner for periodic maintenance – cleaning common areas – stairways

We are looking for a cleaner for bi weekly maintenance – cleaning common areas – stairways – Entry etc… in Carroll Gardens. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Nicole cleans for us in Park Slope in our 4-story brownstone and we could not be happier with her work integrity and she is a lovely person. We have hired her to do deep cleans and also weekly. Nicole is also able to turn over units and do guest greeting if you have airbnb guests or other guests and you are not able to be home. She is currently taking on more work. I have a girl cleaning the common area’s and taking out the garbage in my 6 family. She is very reliable and has been with me for about 8 years. I believe her husband works for the sanitation dept and helps her out at times as well. I pay her $200 per month. She recently asked me if I know of other properties she can do.

We used Joe Doskis from Octo-Plus Cleaning Company for many years when we had tenants. You may have seen him around the neighborhood cleaning windows. Nice guy.
