Excavating a crawlspace

We need to take about a foot of dirt out of part of our crawlspace to get better access to the far walls and need a recommendation of someone who can do this work.  Pretty much basic manual labor for someone not afraid of confined spaces.   Currently, the crawlspace has about 2 feet of clearance on one side. The accumulated dirt rises in the middle to the point that there is only ~12 inches of space between the dirt and the beams.  The entire crawlspace is about 16’x10’ with access into the basement.  We need to take out this mound of dirt to get back to the far walls more easily.  Dirt would have to be removed in buckets and disposed of. Any recommendations?  Any sense of what this would cost?
